By accessing or using RateShield you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You agree to use RateShield only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to conduct or facilitate illegal activities.
• Resell or sublicense API access without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent rate limits.
• Abuse the service in ways that degrade performance for others.

Your API key is personal and must not be shared publicly. You are responsible for all activity made with your key. Report compromised keys immediately by rotating them in your dashboard.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RateShield is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
