By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using any Ornymo service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Ornymo.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account registration and security

To use Ornymo, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or use of your account. Ornymo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Use of Ornymo services

Ornymo provides tools for semantic caching, AI‑driven optimization, and related infrastructure services. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must not interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of our systems.
• You must not use Ornymo to store, process, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when using our services.

4. Data, privacy, and security

Ornymo processes data you provide or connect to our services in order to deliver caching, optimization, and analytics features. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

While we implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you send to Ornymo is appropriately protected and backed up.

5. Service availability and changes

We strive to keep Ornymo available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. We may modify, update, or discontinue features or services at any time, with or without notice, to improve performance, security, or user experience.

If we make material changes to these Terms or to core functionality, we will provide notice through the dashboard, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of Ornymo after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Fees, billing, and subscriptions

Certain Ornymo features may require a paid subscription or usage‑based fees. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods are described in your plan details at the time of purchase.

You authorize us or our payment processor to charge all applicable fees to the payment method you provide. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to Ornymo.

7. Intellectual property

Ornymo, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use Ornymo solely as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on Ornymo, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

8. User content and responsibility

You are solely responsible for all data, configurations, and content you upload, connect, or generate through Ornymo. You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use such content with our services.

We may, where required by law or to protect our platform, remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable regulations.

9. Disclaimers

Ornymo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

We do not guarantee that Ornymo will meet your specific performance requirements, nor that all errors or vulnerabilities will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ornymo and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to Ornymo for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using Ornymo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the services, or create risk or legal exposure for Ornymo.

Upon termination, your right to use Ornymo ceases immediately. Certain provisions, including those related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution, will survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Ornymo will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
